APC Group, Inc. is the leading designer, developer, manufacturer and supplier of Watertight Indoor / Out-door Retractable Power Cord Reels and to a lesser de-gree electrical wire and cable products for consumer, commercial and industrial applications, with operations primarily in the U.S. and, to a lesser degree, Canada. We manufacture and supply a broad line of cable prod-ucts, which enables us to offer our customers a single source of supply for many of their wire and cable prod-uct requirements. We manufacture our products do-mestically and supplement our domestic production with both international and domestic sourcing. We sell our products to a variety of customers, including a wide range of specialty distributors, retailers, military, hospi-tals, contractors and original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs"). Virtually all of our products are sold to cus-tomers located in the U.S. and Canada.

With very limited competition to our patented water-tight power cord reels within the wire and cable indus-try, we have the ability to maximize the vertical markets we have identified within various sectors that currently use our products. All products are sold globally regard-less of climates and/or location.

The wire and cable industry which includes extension cords market is highly competitive with major players that include Coleman Cable Inc., American Wire, and Amercord. APC has firmly identified a niche market for our proprietary cords and a cost effective marketing and distribution system that allows for direct competi-tion with ALL major players.
